Cover. It made sense and fit both the title and description of the book.
Formatting / Appearance. I am assuming a lot of time and effort has been spent on this. With the images, the quotes on the upper right hand corner and the page numbers, this was really a pleasant reading experience.
Content (overall theme, idea and setting). This was a unique story which I think the author has spent years building.
